Accomodations:
ACCOMMODATIONS: the WHITE ROSE is a well rigged and highly maintained, lightly used vessel with 1360 original hours. Engines have been serviced their entire life by Caterpillar. This is a beautiful boat. It sleeps 4 in 2 staterooms including 1 guest head and 1 guest shower. The MASTER STATEROOM is at amidship and to starboard with walk around queen sized bed that has three large storage drawers underneath bed. An upholstered headboard and nightstands on both sides. Sony television, padded vinyl covering on hull side; clear plexi-mirror; cedar lined hanging locker. Carpeting A/C and D/C lighting and AC outlet. Private access to the MASTER HEAD which contains a fresh water toilet, stall shower with door and automatic sump pump; storage cabinet with mirror; plexi-mirror around upper cabinet. Corian countertops with integral sink, A/C and D/C lighting, vinyl tile flooring, AC outlet and towel bar. VIP STATEROOM: forward with a centerline queen berth. Upholstered headboard, night stands and overhead storage lockers, port and starboard. Two cedar lined hanging lockers, anchor rope storage locker access, overhead hatch with privacy cover; padded vinyl covering on hullside. Whirlpool washer/dryer, A/C and D/C lighting; AC outlet. Full length mirror. The companionway had access to the GUEST HEAD which contains Corian counter tops with integral sink, freshwater toilet; stall shower with door and automatic sump pump. A/C and D/C lighting, AC outlet; vinyl tile flooring and towel bar. The MAIN SALON is finished in a light maple wood. A large L-shaped leather sofa to starboard with storage underneath and a custom hi/lo table. There are two blue swivel chairs to port, and forward to port is the wet bar with bottle storage and a U-Line ice maker, Corian counter tops. The salon entertainment center is complete with a 25" Mitsubishi television and VCR, a Yamaha stereo receiver and 5 disc CD player; and additional cabinet storage.
Mechanical Equipment:
ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT: Engines were rebuilt by Gregory Poole in November 2004 and have 50 hours. Total boat time is 1350 hours. ELECTRICAL: Onan 17.5kw generator with 1782 hours, generator in sound shield, AC and DC breakers/panel, Dytek Marine 24v charger, 110v; 220v, spare shore power cords. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT: painted engine room with polyurethane, Caterpillar 3406E with 800 HP, Sea Recovery 600 gpd water maker, dual Racor fuel filters, fuel priming pump, fuel transfer system, oil changing system, AC fluorescent lights, DC lights, DC bilge blowers, automatic bilge pumps, cable master, trim tabs, A/C compressor and pumps.
Galley:
GALLEY: the galley is complete with Corian countertops with integral sink, under the counter is a SubZero refrigerator and freezer. Custom cabinet wtih built in Black N Decker toaster oven and a built in Black N Decker coffee maker. There is also a GE microwave convection oven, an Origo (2) burner stove top with cutting board cover; a garbage disposal. The floor is of vinyl tile wiht access to pumps and storage under flooring. AC and DC lighting and AC outlets.
Electonics and Navigational Gear:
ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT: Simrad AP 20 auto pilot, I Com M45 VHF (salon), I Com M127 VHF, Northstar 961XD GPS, Northstar 952X GPS, Sea tel Sat. phone, Furuno 72 mile radar, Furuno FCV292 color depth recorder, Raymarine ST60 wind speed, Data Marine International depth, and ACR RCL100 spot light with point pad.
Deck and Hull Equipment:
DECK AND HULL: The Peninsula style FLYBRIDGE is full with electronics, instruments and gauges; and a single lever Pannish controls. There is seating both in front of the helm and to starboard. Two Murray helm chairs with cushions. The flybridge is protected by a pipewelders custom molded fiberglass top with numerous accent lights, cockpit quartz lights and a three sided enclosure. FOREDECK: Marquipt davit, Nautica hardbottom 13 foot inflatable with 50hp Yamaha four stroke, Zatter (4) life raft in cradle, Maxwell 2200 windlass, bow pulpit with S/S anchor chute roller, stainless steel bow rail, (4) stainless steel cleats. COCKPIT: 135 sq. ft. of cockpit, cockpit controls, transom walk through door, fresh and salt water wash down, cockpit boarding step, stainless steel ladder to flybridge, tackle center, overhead light under flybridge overhang, fresh and salt water disconnects, port and starboard hatches to lazarette, door and hatch with lock to engine compartment, (2) stern stainless steel cleats and hawse pipes.
Additional Equipment:
FISHING EQUIPMENT: Hydraulic triple spreader outriggers, (6) rod rocket launher on flybridge rail, (5) rod holders in gunnels, (2) rod holders in pilasters, tackle center with prep station and freezer, 80" fish box with macerator, and trolling valves.
