1998 ALBIN Express Tournament, The Albin 28 Tournament Express is a top-rated hard top cruiser with a solid reputation for rugged construction and good cruising qualities. She offers full weather protection at the helm and cruises at a comfortable and efficient 18 mph powered by a 300 HP Peninsula turbo diesel engine with only 240 +/- hours. When stepping on the spacious deck one can see that there is plenty of room to fish and has seating on the padded engine box and deck chairs. The cock pit is equipped with 2 fish boxes, transom livewell, fresh and raw water washdown pumps, extended sun cover and built in rod holders. Walk forward in to the pilot station you are totally protected form the elements by a hardtop with all around windows and a rear drop curtain. Both the helm and navigation stations are out fitted with swivel seat with arm rests. As you go into the cabin the head, equipped with hot and cold running water sink with hand held shower, is on the starboard side. The galley is on the port with a v-birth the coverts in to a dinette forward. To the stern is a mid birth.
