Pristine condition. One out a 1000 vessels look this clean and it reminds one of a much later model. The attached photos do not do it justice in any way.The 370 Aft Cabin (called 380 in later models) combines a rakish profile with comfortable accommodations and very good off-shore performance.Owner is anxious for a reasonable offer and just lowered the asking price accordingly. She rides on a fully cored hull with shallow prop pockets, underwater exhausts and a wide 14'3" beam. This vessel has a wide body appearance and very nice-big master stateroom. Sea Ray designers were able to incorporate a very spacious, inviting and comfortable interior layout in this model. Both staterooms include a spacious double berth, great heads and showers. The master head has a very nice vanity/dressing table and plenty of storage, great lighting and gorgeous. The third stateroom can be converted or arranged for just more storage-if not needed for berthing.Topside, the aft deck has a built-in wet bar, winged doors and the flybridge is arranged with a sun lounge and guest seating for four. You name it, this boat has it! It has the "Gold Package" included! The Bird's Eye Maple finish on the cabinetry offers an exquisite appearance that is not visible in much higher models and later year vessels. The engine room is spotless and equipped with an oil change kit. This vessel has a 100 gallon holding tank, 100 gal water capacity and 300 gal fuel for extended cruising. Bilge heaters are included in the engine room. The electronics are slaved together, you have Radar, Glendinning Sychronizer, VHF radio, hailer, remote spotlite, speed, depth and navigation information. The galley is fully equipped with a Convection Microwave, in addition tht other standard options as viewed. It has (5) batteries, (5) bilge pumps and plenty of USCG safety equipment. It has twin 7.4 L 310 hp Mercruisers with EFI and approx 250 hours. The Gen Set is a very ample 9.0 KW capacity unit with approx. 400 hours total time. This vessel is kept in a covered slip and wash at least once a week during the season. The preventative and regular maintenance is without error. If you are looking for a vessel to write home about, this is as nice as a much newer vessel! If you can find a scratch on the boat, I'll buy you some champaign. The owner will review and entertain any reasonable offer! The asking price has just been reduced by 10K to induce a quick sale.Vance Scheuer513-871-2741www.washingtonmarine.com
