Accommodations

The current owner has prepared his Catalina 400 for sailing away to Hawaii.  The next owner of this beauty will be pleasantly surprised by how many improvements have already been made.

The layout is very accommodating, she can sleep 7 comfortably.  She has recently been upgraded with a marine AC/Heat.  She has 8 opening ports.  The large master stateroom is aft, featuring a centerline queen with a long curved bench seat on either side, large hanging lockers, plenty of cabinet space, 2 large opening hatches, a vanity and a private entrance to the aft head.

A spacious galley is to starboard of the companionway and the nav station is to port.

The salon features a long straight settee to port and a U-shaped settee to starboard with a dining table in the center.  The dining table can be lowered to make a large double sleeping area.  There are 4 opening  ports, 2 fixed longer ports and 3 overhead hatches.

The guest cabin is all the way forward and has excellent ventilation, a hanging locker and shelves.  The guest head is forward of the salon and to starboard.  The master head is just forward of the aft stateroom and to port.  Both heads have showers.

The sole is teak and holly and abundant storage throughout.
