1996 MAXUM 2400 SCR, Low hour boat (136 hours) in average to good condition for her age. Owner has kept dry stored inside for the past several years. Equipment includes Mercruiser 5.7 inboard outboard, air conditioning, galley and marine head. Needs a little TLC but the price reflects that. The owner is overseas and wants the boat sold. Exterior & Interior Accommodations Nicely appointed and smartly designed, the Maxum 2400 SCR is a great weekender with which to enjoy your summer adventures. TOPSIDES A tall bimini top, allows ample headroom throughout the cockpit, including stand-up room and excellent visibility at the helm. The double wide helm seat is on a sliding track to allow for more legroom at the wheel if needed and the back-to-back seat will expand to form a large sun lounge. A fold-away footrest is available to help the aft-facing passengers board the seat. In addition, there is a stern bench seat with storage below. Foredeck access is easy via a walk-thru windshield with molded-in steps at the helm. Swim platform access is via a portside transom door. CABIN Enter the cabin portside ... into a salon with plenty of headroom and natural light. The galley is at the base of the stairs, with the head compartment opposite to starboard. Fully forward, the dinette/lounge also converts to a v-berth and includes storage all around and beneath. The mid cabin is tucked below the elevated helm and features a large window, padded headboard with storage compartment and a privacy curtain.
