1995 PHOENIX SFX CONVERTIBLE Repower 2007, 29' 0'' Rachel Ann, This Phoenix has been lovingly cared for and maintained. She sports over $32,000 in work since June of 2003 including a pair of 2007 Mercruiser Horizon MPI engines and she is ready to take you and yours out to the edge or just out to your favorite island escape. Sleeps 6, Full Galley, Electric Head, Generator, A/C, New Flybridge Cover, Recent Bottom Cleaning, well laid out plan with useable space makes this 29' Phoenix a must have boat! One of you wants to go fishing, the other one wants to go cruising. This would normally be a tough dilemma. To do both you either have to buy two boats or buy a boat so large that the two of you can't run it without help. The Phoenix 29 solves this problem. Accomodations:
1 Electric Head * 1 V-berth * Sleeps 6 ** From aft, there is a large teak swim platform with a three step stainless steel ladder. Step through the transom door and you'll see 75 square feet of fishing area. This is big enough for you and five buddies to fish from or just have the family stretch out to get a tan. Of note to the cruiser in your life, the Phoenix has an especially designed air duct system to rid the cockpit of exhaust fumes while underway. As a result you can actually sit in the cockpit while running to your favorite destination and not get all choked up about it. Underneath the aft deck is the access to the engines and generator. All maintenance can be easily done due to the large double hatches. Going up the ladder there is a wide comfortable bench seat with the helm at the center. This is the command center of the boat but could easily be a social center as well. All controls are easily reached and the sightlines are fantastic. Going down the ladder and opening up the cabin door you notice that there is an immense amount of cabin space. By removing the typical forward cabin bulkhead Phoenix opened up the boat and makes her feel like her bigger sister, the 33. To port is a roomy head and shower compartment. To starboard is a galley with stovetop and sink. Moving forward to port is the dinette for four. This converts down into a double berth and would be quite comfortable while at anchor. To starboard is a long settee that converts to a set of bunk beds. Moving forward again you see the large vee-berth and finally the anchor locker at the bow. This broker has seen 32-35 foot cabin cruiser without this much usable space. She is well laid out and ready to go meet the nautical needs in all of us, whether fishing or cruising.

Mechanical Equipment:
The heart and soul of Rachel Ann is her engine room. Her owners have spent lots of time and money keeping her in tip top shape. In February of 2007 her owners replaced the original 240 horsepower engines with a NEW set of Mercruiser Horizon 300 horsepower MPI engines at a cost of $20,000. All you have to do is turn the key and point her in the right direction.
