Accomodations:
Three Cabin 2 head version; starting with a large head forward then nice double cabin with loads of storage in cedar lined closets and drawers.The main saloon features a large drop down table with seating for 10! The more than ample galley has hot and cold water, upper fridge and lower freezer. The galley also has a Princess 3 burner stove w/oven, 2 propane tanks w/gauges and solenoids. Aft of the galley is another full head with shower followed by a stern double berth with storage.On the starboard side going aft is a large navigation station followed by a captain's double berth. The entire interior is serviced by a reverse cycle air conditioner and heat. There is also a 5KW Northern Lights generator located under a counter in the galley. The teak and holly has been recently refinished and is a high gloss varnish. The many opening ports and hatches all have fitted screens. The light green interior cushions are in very good condition.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
Forward are 2 large anchors- a CQR and Bruce each with 100" of chain and nylon rode attached to an electric windlass.Walking aft over the large wide side decks there are double life lines with gates P&S.Sail handling is a breeze with a 2003 Mainsail with Dutchman system led to an electric halyard winch. There is a boom vang and the 100% Genoa is on a Pro-Furl furling system. All lines are led aft to the cockpit. The traveler is on the arch in easy reach of the helmsman as are the sheet winches. Also included is a spinnaker pole for down wind reaching. The helm station has a large double fold up table for entertaining large groups.There are also the Hunter stern rail seats for added seating. The opening aft gate and swim platform with storage under makes getting in and out of the water or tender easy and safe.
