Vessel Walkthrough & Accommodations The Tiara 31 Open has a great combination of a large bridge deck and lower cockpit plus a very comfortable cabin. The proportions all work well on the Tiara 31. She sleeps four: two in the Master Stateroom, and two in the convertible dinette which has a curtain dividing for privacy. The large U-shaped dinette seats four and is to starboard, with the galley across to port. The owners sleep in the forward stateroom in queen size pullman berth to starboard. Owners' cabin has a built-in seat and hanging locker. The enclosed head is aft to port. There is a tasteful teak and holly sole in cabin. The high-quality teak cabinetry interior in perfect condition. The interior is expansive and roomy, due to the 6'2" headroom and cabin configuration...a spacious, livable retreat for four. Salon The salon is combined with the dinette and the galley. For a 31 foot yacht it is spacious and comfortable. The varnished teak and holly sole make this area very comfortable and classy. The "U" shaped settee with varnished table seats four easily. The settee is finished with tan ultraleather with two drop-in cushions on the Hi-Low table to make a two person sleeping berth. There is shelf storage over the settee on the starboard side. The helm seat can seat two, and has storage beneath. There is an L-shaped settee to port, with storage underneath. A removable seat and seat back adds another position on this settee. An aft-facing seat is aft of the helm on starboard, with storage beneath. This is a great place for entertaining, and can be totally enclosed with the side and aft curtains. A fold-down forward facing transom seat can seat two more guests. There is excellent visibility on the bridge. The Tiara 31 runs nice and flat, and can be trimmed with the Bennett tabs. Wide side decks make going forward safe. Good handholds are built into the radar arch and side windshields. The Tiara non-skid is terrific for good footing. An anchor locker, roller and pulpit and CQR anchor take care of anchoring needs.
