SELLER DESCRIPTION

We visited this Swan 53 to update the inventory and photos. All pictures except the cover, (we couldn't get out for a sail), are from June '09.She is very clean and well-kept; the second to last Swan 53 built; European VAT paid; the lowest price of all Swan 53's on the market; .

Accomodations:
One owner's double suite is aft with centerline berth flanked by comfortable, single settees. The ensuite head is accessed to starboard with sink, shower and toilet. There is a door forward to the main cabin. There are two double guest cabins forward with access from each to the forward head. The forepeak functions as a crew cabin with two pipe berths.The main salon has the entertainment center forward of the navagation station, to starboard. The standard settee arrangement is to port. A very comfortable sea-berth folds down from behind the settee.
