Mechanical Equipment:
The engine hours of almost 3000 hours at first glance seem high. However, that computes out to about 167 hours per year since new, which is good annual usage. According to many marine engine professionals, the expected life of these engines is 5000+ hours; or based on the 167 hours per year is about another 12 years of use. When the current owner purchased this vessel three years ago, the engine was subjected to a rigorous engine survey and passed with no deficiencies noted of any consequence. This survey would be made available to qualified prospective clients. Since then all required maintenance has been performed on her assuring the engine a long operating life. Further notes on the engine maintenance program are included in the vessel addendum that is available.Three automatic bilge pumps with alarmsFlo-Scan fuel management indicator for main engine at lower helmTwo Cruiseair reverse cycle air conditioning unitsWesmar bow thruster (rebuilt motor 2008) w/controls at both helmsAirsep on main engineNibral 5-blade prop, new 4-blade spare prop (2008)Main engine emergency shutdownDual Racor fuel filters w/vacuum gauge (2006) for DetroitOil change system for main and GensetBow and cockpit raw water washdownJohnson Hi-Water Alarm on FlybridgeWheel hydraulic steeringHynautic throttle/clutch controlsEmergency manual backup clutch and throttle controls at lower helmCockpit hot/cold shower in cockpit bulkheadHot water heater - 12 gallon Raritan (2007)Pressure water system Fireboy Suppression System3 fire extinguishersRacor fuel filter for GensetCockpit freshwater washdownManual bilge pump
