23' - * BROKERAGE BOAT * 1988 23’ PARKER walk around cuddy with custom anchor roller and custom hardtop with rocket launchers. 1988 Johnson 200 HP outboard, rebuilt, but has not been back in the water since. 1988 Calkin trailer needs new rollers. Features on the boat include fuel separator, remote access microphone, hailer with fog tones, man overboard hoist system, bose stereo, built in tackle box, Interphase look ahead sonar/ fish finder, Garmin GPS system, freshwater wash down system but with no pressure tank. Boat includes lifejackets, flares, black braided bow and stern lines, fenders, propane grill, and 2 new batteries this year.Bow has some chips in the gel coat from mooring ball. Some teak was removed to change to plastic trim. Those pieces come with the boat but would either need to be reinstalled or replaced. One light in the cabin needs to be replaced.
