Accomodations:
The carpet in the salon was replaced in 2005. Its in great condition. All new wallpaper and vinyl in 2008. Sleeps two in queen size bed in master stateroom. The salon sleeper sofa can sleep two .It was newly recovered with naughahide. New pillows in the salon were also replaced in 2008 as well. There are also two matching chairs in the salon. A single head and separate shower is on the starboard side. All woodwork was re-varnished in 2004.

Mechanical Equipment:
The engine compartment was completely overhauled in 2005. The bilges were recoated with white epoxy. A new halon salon system, lighting in the engines room, new lines to engine, re-insulated the hatch covers and bulkheads, all new belts hoses and clamps have been newly installed. The alternator was rebuilt and new raw water pumps installed.

Galley:
The L-shaped galley is down and on port side and has a Norcold AC and DC refrigerator under the counter, double sink, microwave and 3-burner electric stove. Also, there is a Gold Star microwave 1 cubic foot.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
A very nice electronics package including a Furuno Depth sounder, Si Tex Color Prism GPS/Chart machine, and a new Raymarine auto pilot was added in 2007.Also in 2007 a galvanic isolator, Apelco GPS/Loran, and a Si Tex color GPS/chart machine. The boat also comes equip with a new Raymarine VHS radio on Bridge in 2005 and remote speaker.

Electrical System:
 3 battery 12 volt system with new cables and terminals. There is a 8kw Westerberke generator , 2 shore power cables and auto battery charger.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
The deck has a freshwater and a saltwater wash down system.

Additional Equipment:
4 Flush mount rod holders. There are 4 bridge rod holders rear of the fly bridge. Cleaning station with sink stbd side of cockpit. Lower engine controls outboard side of cleaning station.
