SELLER DESCRIPTION

Purchased in 1996 FREE SPIRIT was then taken to Associated Marine in Dania Beach where a $550K plus refit was undertaken. The refit included a 10 foot extension of Aft Deck, Cockpit and Lazarette, painting out much of the teak interior and a repaint of the yacht. Galley:
The Galley is next aft from the Wheelhouse and has a varnished teak parquet sole and a door at the forward end aft entrances. To starboard is a raised dinette table to seat four with storage under the cushions and drawers at the fore and aft end. There are four drawers under the raised teak parquet flooring. Outboard is a large opening window, mini blinds.
