This galley up, three stateroom 52 Convertible has fresh paint on the hull and super as well as many interior upgrades including carpet, wall covering and Amtico flooring. Bed coverings have been renewed recently also. The owner has continuously maintained and upgraded the Nick of Time . Recent oil samples show the engines to be in very good condition. Accomodations:
The interior of Nick of Time is in very good shape and is decorated tastefully. An L-shaped sofa provides plenty of seating in the salon and breakers and AC/DC switching panels are located in the aft, port corner next to the door. The salon has new carpet. Across from the dinette, the galley has a Jenn-air down-draft cooktop, stainless steel sink, microwave, trash compactor, refrigerator/freezer, and cocktail ice maker. The counters in the heads have been replaced with Corian, the floors with Amtico, and the faucets and wallpaper have been replaced as well. All three staterooms have been freshened with new soft goods and new carpet.
