Accomodations:
"Lily Pad" underwent a total refit in 1996, which included a new Oak & Anigre interior with carpeting, woodwork, furnishings, flooring, headliner, lighting fixtures, window treatments and entertainment centers. There was a partial refit in 2001, including a 10' extension with Euro stem, covered aft deck and lazarette, extensive interior and exterior upgrades. A new Nauticoat paint job was completed 7/05. Accommodates seven guests in three staterooms and up to four in the forward crew quarters. The forward Galley arrangement is the country kitchen layout, which doubles as a comfortable lounge area with sofa, hi-lo table, complete entertainment center and wine cooler. Continuing aft is a day head, with teak and holly flooring and granite top vanity around a custom molded sink. Up three steps is the raised pilothouse which features a complete electronic package along with upholstered instrument panel and teak & holly flooring. Further aft is the main salon and dining area, which features a dining table for six, oak china cabinet against the forward bulkhead with buffets port and starboard, one of which also serves as a writing desk. There is a U-shaped leather sofa, round game table with four upholstered chairs and a complete entertainment center. Leading out the centerline door to the aft deck is a cabinet with wet bar, refrigerator, and icemaker, adjustable teak lounge chairs, teak decks, and ladder down to the swim platform. A U-shaped settee is featured furthest aft with a varnished teak table. An extended boat deck overhead, Euro stern and large lazarette. Below deck, down the stairwell, the master stateroom features a king size berth with upholstered bulkhead, Oak dressers and vanity, cedar-lined closets, and entertainment center with a new Flat screen T.V. A His-and-Hers" bath is equipped with a new, large custom shower with bench, marble flooring and custom fixtures. Located aft are two guest staterooms, one with a queen size berth and the other with twin berths with an additional Pullman berth. Both of these staterooms offer new T.V. and DVD combo, cedar-lined hanging lockers, and en-suite baths with enclosed shower. In addition, there is a Westinghouse double stack washer/dryer, linen closet and additional storage located in the companionway servicing these staterooms. Crew quarters are all the way forward with two cabins. The captain's quarters' features a double berth and a second cabin furthest forward has a V-berth. There is a crew bathroom with stall shower and wood slate flooring. The expansive flybridge was modified and is accessed through the pilothouse forward or from the stairs leading from the aft deck. This area features comfortable U-shaped seating, complete wet bar with Scotsman refrigerator and icemaker, 15 Nautica w/50 hp Yamaha outboard, and Nautical Structures 1500 lb davit.
