OWNER SAID " BRING ANY AND ALL OFFERS".....THIS BOAT WAS CUSTOM BUILT FOR HER CURRENT OWNER WHO LAST SAILED HER IN THE BAHAMAS IN 2006. "Mary J" is a great oppurtunity to get in a steel cruising yacht for a fraction of the cost. Built by the World Known Mr. Topper Hermanson. Yanmar 3GM installed in 1996 has approx. 750 hours. Force-10 LPG Heater, good sails, good rigging, aluminum mast & boom, basic electronics, triple solar panels, bimini, dodger, LPG stove, 12-volt coldplate fridge, cushions, etc. She needs a small amount of elbow grease, minor welding and her rudder needs to be rebuilt, but is currently in a do it yourself yard.
