Brokers Comments: At the time this boat was built in 1985, Ericson was considered a high-end builder and the quality of construction and finish is evident throughout. The hull has an extensive "tri-axial force grid" that anchors the loads of mast, shrouds and keel, creating an extremely rigid structure. This no doubt contributes to the fact that "Slipaway" shows no signs of stress cracks or leaking.
