General Description The MacGregor 65 is a high performance sail boat. The result of its long waterline and narrow easily driven hull is speed and stability. It does not depend on large sail areas for high speed sailing. In winds at 15 knots the 65' will sail over 11 knots and speeds of 25 knots can be reached in strong winds. The long waterline also provides an extremely comfortable motion at sea with less pitching than a typical cruising yacht. Actual Condition This MacGregor was damaged by a passing vessel while it was moored. She sustained minor hull damage at the port gunwale and the mast was broken. This boat is ready to be molded to your needs. Equipment A trailer is not included in this sale.
