SELLER DESCRIPTION

This Californian 38 has a large cockpit and two nice cabins. It is ready to fish, dive, or just kick back at the islands. She has twin Cat diesels with low hours that give her a 16 knot cruise speed while burning only 22 GPH (per flow scan meters).The Californian brand boat is well known and has a long history of being a great boat for California pleasure boating. One of the great features with this boat is the total walk around deck. People as well as pets can safely move around the boat with ease. It's great for kids and fun to fish on!

Accomodations:
2 Cabin, Fwd master with lots of storage and a large hanging locker, Midship pullman cabin to starboard with lots of storage and a large hanging locker, Head is across Midship cabin on the port side. The head has a large shower stall and the head is electric (New 2009). The holding tank has a new macerator pump installed(2009). The salon is up and has a large moveable teak table and plenty of freezers and refrigerators, The salon also has lots of storage and a 110V stove/oven that is powered by the generator when away from dock. The salon opens out to the large cockpit for ease of access. Lots of light and countert space.

Galley:
4 burner stove/oven 110V, Double deep S.S. sinks, 110V/12V ref/Freezer, Additional 110V ref and another 110V sub Zero freezer. Lots of storage above and below and great counter space.

Additional Equipment:
All systems work that are listed above. The air conditioning may need a charge and to be looked at. Current owner has never used it. It turns on just fine but does not cool very well.
