Built by Bluewater Yachts, this is a Mikelson 42 without the company stamp and was built the year before they Mikelson took over the company is what we have been told by the company. This great powerboat is for sale in Florence, Oregon. The Tom Fexas designed Sportfish Sedan is an excellent Cruise, Fish or Family use vessel. Upgraded engines are newer Yanmar diesels. New Raymarine and Furuno Radars. This is a very mechanically sound and fully operational, just like a Mikelson 42' with a very nice price! Accomodations:
Master stateroom forward with island queen berth, huge drawer storage under, hanging lockers and entrance to master head and shower. Guest stateroom aft Port side with upper and lower berths, drawer storage and hanging locker. Aft of master on Starboard side is master head with stall shower. Enter head from master stateroom or from companionway. The guest stateroom is to the port with criss-crossed berth's and sleeps 2. Complete Head with Shower Stall. Teak & Holly floors throughout and teak craftsmanship thoughout. Had some minor hatch leakage and has been repaired, but could use minor teak refinish is some areas.

Galley:
The "well thought-out" galley up allows the generous counters to double as food prep and food serving areas. In addition, the cook is not banished below decks while others are socializing. Double S/S Sink, Pressurized H/C Water and nice Diesel Stove & Oven.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
Raymarine E120 with Radar, chart plotter, fishfinder and even plays DVD's. Furuno 1850 Radar, Icom ICM80 with ship to share radio telephone. Wh P-2A Autohelm and AMFM Cassette Stereo.

Electrical System:
Westerbeake 4KW Genset renovated in 06' with low 561 hours. Dual 8D and 4 6V house batteries. Newer, well maintained and efficient charging system.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
Electric Windlass, 100' of chain, anchors and rode.

Additional Equipment:
Tranny mod-MG5062-V twin disc prop shaft size is 1 1/2 new shafts. Mileage is a little better than 1 mile per gallon and a little less the faster run, range is beetween 400 and 450 miles. Not pictured, dinghy and davits for stern mount. Older Avon with 40HP Yamaha Jet outboard. New glass windows in 2007. Bottom done in 07 and included peel and full epoxy. New Props, Shafts and Stainless struts in 2007'. Trades for property considered. It is difficult to describe the differences of the Mikelson branded boats other than the boat is not technically a Mikelson. Since it is a Bluewater boat it will look very similar but was sold by Blue Water and not the Mikelson company originally.
