1984 Hunter Marine Cruiser/Racer,Windswept was purchased in 2004 from the original owner and has been meticulously maintained since. Maintenance and sail logs have meen maintaind and we have every receipt for maintenance and upgrades since 2004. Owner holds 100 ton master captians license. There are $5,000 in spare parts including alternator, all water pumps and filters as well as a replacemnt part for all running rigging items. Windswept has been hauled and had the bottom painted and cutless bearings replace three times scince 2004. The bottom ahs been Professionally cleaned and zincs replace every moth since 2004 by HYB Diving. The exterior is hand washed every two weeks and has been fully waxed every 6-8 months since 2004. We keep a small A/C running 24 hours a day when not onboard to keep the humidity under control. Windswept has logged over 5200 miles in the outer Bahamas and Florida Key's.
