La Sirena is a classic Broward Cockpit Motoryacht. At her asking price of just under one million dollars, she represents a tremendous value. Market conditions have combined to create this unusual opportunity to own an "American Classic". This yacht is ideal for extended coastal cruising, fishing and diving. La Sirena is the ideal yacht to enjoy the islands in complete comfort with "liveaboard accommodations". The fishing/diving cockpit offers excellent access to all water sports activities. All cash offers are encouraged but the owners may also consider a trade of a smaller yacht or fishing boat and real estate. Your inspection is encouraged in Ft. Lauderdale.
