1984 BOATEL HOUSEBOATS Ashley Rae, The boat was remodled in 2002. Pontoons were sandblasted, PSI tested, & painted. I-beam replaced where needed, replaced metal guards on side of the boat, entire boat has been painted. Full Galley w/ 2 gas refers. 1999 4-Stroke Evinrudes.
