Nice 1983 Allmand 31 that has had a lot of upgrades in 2008 and 2009. This boat was designed by Walter Scott and T.R. Allmand. It has proven to be a very popular design, especially for liveaboards, because of its generous beam of 11'4" and waterline of 27'11" allowing a very spacious interior with great head room. Underwater there is a shoal-draft cruising keel and a rudder mounted on a partial skeg allowing access to limited water because of her nominal 3'10" draft. The hull is hand laid fiberglass laminate.
