Starting aft is the master stateroom trimmed in the finest tropical decorated wood with detail unrivaled for a blue water cruiser. Ventilation and light are provided through two ports and an opening hatch. With storage and elegant comfort a priority the master head is trimmed with the same care and precision featuring granite counter top and stainless steel sink. The shower and commode are surrounded by a mosaic that combined with the granite compliments the entire master cabin.

Going forward to port is the Pilot House navigation station with large custom inlayed chart table. Behind is a large hanging locker. A Teak steering wheel with engine panel positioned for 360 degree walk around capability. Starboard of the lower helm is seating for 2 and a Sea berth with small dining table.

As you move forward to port the fully equipped galley with ballasted gimballed 3 burner Seaward stove and oven, twin stainless steel sinks with pressure fresh water and manual sea water, corian counter tops and Technautic Cool Blue refrigerator and freezer. The galley has ample storage space for extended cruises and is capable of full meal dining.

Forward to port is the salon with a lowerable dining table and C shaped firm foamed cushioned seating. The dining table is a one-of-kind wood with custom inlay. Across to starboard is the single seating/berth and entertainment area with additional shelving all trimmed with astonishing detail.

Moving forward to port is the guest head with stainless steel sink corian counter tops, plenty of room and storage and separate private shower.

The foreward stateroom features the continuation of craftsmanship all the way through the cruiser. The V-berth has ample storage for the long journeys and easily converts to a full size berth for 2. Looking aft from the guest suite it's very apparent that no shortcuts were taken and the attention to detail was a priority with this completely and recently updated vessel.

Natural light is provided throughout with twelve opening ports, six opening hatches and six Dorade vents.

Ken is no stranger to the yachting community here in Florida. He earned the nick name The sailing source guy because he has worked for several large aftermarket companies such as Seco South, Catalina Yachts and JSI/Island Nautical (as store manager) in the Tampa Bay area. He built two sailboats; a 36 sloop and a 28' racing and cruising craft of his own design. He met his wife Debbie in Rome. That is Rome, New York, at one of the locks on the Erie barge canal, while traveling to Florida. Together, they have sailed the Great Lakes, California and Mexicos west coast, the Bahamas and our great hideaways in Florida. Ken brings to Pier One Yacht Sales an in-depth, hands-on knowledge of sailboats. For 25 years, Ken has helped people find the correct yacht and marine equipment to make their sailing experience a pleasure, not a chore. Buying or selling, Ken is a committed yacht broker who knows sailboats. Contact him today. And... See you on the water!
