1982 KAYOT 4814 Houseboat, Boat the waters of Lake Powell in confidence. Powered with twin 70hp Johnson engines w/Mathers Micro-commanders. Full galley with 2 refrigerators, bimini over the upper stern area, AC & heat, Honda generator, solar battery charger, VHF radio,& Stereo. One full head. sleeps 8 inside. Buoyed at Halls Crossing Marina. Make an appointment to see. Moorage is not transferable at this time.

Sleeps 8 in one queen bed, 1 double bed, pull out couch and 2 single bunks. One full head with shower

Propane stove/oven, and refrigeratos one Norcold 682 and one Norcold 982, microwave
