Accomodations:
Every Cape Dory was built by New England Craftsmen and stands apart from most other production boats. The Cape Dory 33 built from 1980 to 1985 numbers 124 built and is one of Carl Alberg's newer designs. Below decks is a beautiful tradional Teak and select hardwoods interior. The Vee berth is off set to port the seat to starboard has a filler to make a large comforable double bunk.Lots of storage, shelving and hanging locker make the Vee Berth a comforable stateroom. Aft to starboard is another large hanging locker. Across to port is the Head with Vanity, Storage and Shower, well ventilated with opening port and overhead dorade vent. The main salon has a settes to port and starboard, a teak drop leaf table between. The port sette convert to a double and the starboard a single, both have storage above and behind. Back to port is the U-shaped galley with lots of storage and amenities. opposite the galley is the Nav Station and a Quarter Berth and a Hanging Wet locker. The Teak and Holly sole, the eleven bronze opening ports all compliment the recent cushions for that Traditional Yacht Interior.

U-shaped galley to port of the companionway with white formica counter tops. Deep Double Bowl St. St. sink with hot and cold pressure water and manual salt water pump. Two burner Origo alcohal stove with storage under. Large top load Ice Box with extra insulation. Drawers and cabinets and built in dish racks provide lots of storage.

Icom M-56 VHF, Data Marine Digital Depth Meter, Data Marine Digital Speed Ind.,Mast Mount Wind Direction Indicator, Autohelm 4000 Auto Pilot,Ritchie Binicle Compass,

Electrical System:
12 volts Circuit Breaker Panel, 12 Volt outlets, Three Batteries with selector switch, one isolated for start only. 30 Amp shore power, circuit breaker panel and outlets throught out the cabin, 50' power cord.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
"Bailwick" Has been lightly used by this owner, general the boat is only in the water 4 or 5 Months a year. Stored on land and covered the other 7-8 Months. The bottom althought never had blisters was sand blasted fared out and 3 coats of Barrier coat applied in 2001.
