Mechanical Equipment:
In May of 2001, (2) new Detroit Diesel 735hp 8v92TAs were installed by Williams Diesel and Palmer Johnson shipyard in Savannah, GA. At the same time, the transmissions and both generators were rebuilt. All the other mechanical and electrical systems on the vessel were inspected and serviced as necessary. The engine room was Awlgripped and made to look like new. All new flybridge and engine room gauges were also installed at this time.
