1980 Morgan Out Island, Unicorn This unique ketch has a hardwood pilot house built over the center cockpit providing both cover, light and visability. These boats can be seen sailing all over the world and this spacious cruiser is ready to go. She comes with a long list of spare parts, a brand new roller furler for the bow and lots of room.

Accomodations:
This is a great cruising boat for a couple. There is a spacious berth aft with storage. The forward berth is a single to starboard and there is room for a couple in the converting double at the dinette to starboard in the main salon. There is also a single berth on the settee to port. There is a work shop to port in the forward cabin. Aft to port is the hanging locker and storage area. Aft of the forward cabin to starboard is the forward head with shower and two doors. The main salon has the spacious U shaped dinettee to starboard with book shelves and storage and beautiful brass lamps. Aft in the main salon to starboard is the galley. Opposite to port is the nav station and under are two Norcold refrigerator/freesers. The access to the engine is from the passageway to port leading to the aft cabin. The large berth in the aft cabin is athartships and there is a hanging locker. The aft head has been converted to a hanging locker.
