Accomodations:
Documented.. A solid cruising ketch. Designed by Robert Johnson (now with Island Packet Yachts). A great live-aboard. Re-rigged in 1996 and repowered with new water and diesel tanks in 2002. Its center cockpit design is roomy and safe. (Diesel fill is in cockpit for easy safe refueling underway). Many features 8 kilowatt Northern Lights generator, 450 gallon Village Marine water maker, Splendid washer and dryer, 12,000 and 16,000 btu Cruiseair reverse cycle A/C. Strong WH autopilot (quadrant direct drive etc.).One of the most pleasing aspects of the Endeavour 43 is found in actually sailing the boat. The sail plan features a high-aspect rig with good upwind sailing capabilities not normally found with a blue water cruising boat. Her fine sections forward, ample sail area and excellent stability help to make her a very satisfying boat to sail, and design considerations have been given toward short-handed sailing. This boat will give you the best of both worlds; ample headroom and comfortable living space below combined with lots of modern equipment.
