Entering the pilothouse from either the port or starboard sliding doors you will find the large lower helm station, a dining area to port, a seating area and wet bar to starboard. Aft and down three steps to starboard is the fully equipped galley with appliances that would rival any gourmet kitchen. Directly across from the galley is the guest stateroom with over and under bunks, a hanging locker and a chest of drawers. The guest/day head is very large with a Jacuzzi tub and shower and has a private entrance from the Guest stateroom and another entrance from the main galley. Continuing aft you will enter the main salon that covers the full interior beam of the vessel. This very comfortable area features two large occasional chairs, a couch, end tables, a coffee table and an entertainment center. You exit the main salon onto the back deck through sliding glass doors. This arrangement allows a beautiful view of the water from the main salon. The access to the boat deck and the flying bridge is via a set of stairs from the aft deck. Engine room access is also from the aft deck. The boat deck features lots of seating and alfresco dining arrangements as well as a davit for lowering a personal water craft or a dingy into the water. NOTE: The personal water craft shown in the pictures is not included in the ship's inventory. Up three steps from the boat deck is the flying bridge which has a complete set of engine and transmission controls as well as a large built in seating area on both sides with storage below.

1978 PLUCKEBAUM Baymaster, "Julie's piece of the rock" Pluckebaum Aluminum Coastal Cruiser is truly a magnificent example of this well known heartland custom builder's most popular model. She received an extensive refit in 1997 with continuous upgrades since. Her generous 18' beam allows the use of home type high end furnishings and allowed the creation of a destinctive designer decor. She features home type heating and air conditioning and is equipped for year round living aboard and cruising in all but the coldest climates. This is not your grandfather's "houseboat" but more correctly a safe, strong, capable and comfortable diesel powered cruiser that could cruise the " Great Loop" in incredible comfort. The owners are purchasing waterfront property and are highly motivated. Interesting trades will be considered.
