BRING ALL OFFERS...TRADES POSSIBLE!!!!!"Que Linda" is a fine example of a "TURN KEY" classic cruiser that shows like a new boat!Professionally applied Awlgrip polyurethane paint applied November 2006. All teak in very good condition. The saloon is very open with large tinted windows with blinds and curtains. There is a breakfast/dining table with two stools and several upholstered rattan chairs for comfortable seating. Forward windows have custom exterior privacy/sun screens. Galley Down with ample counter work space. Two deep stainless steel sinks w/Moen faucet. Danby full size refrigerator with freezer which operates on 110V or inverter. A four burner Magic Chef propane stove with oven. Propane is stored on the flybridge and controlled by a solenoid switch in the galley. The aft stateroom has a queen size bed to port, a small desk, storage lockers and drawers on port and starboard sides with hanging locker to port. The forward stateroom is made up of two berths in V-berth style without the insert. There are drawers and lower cabinets on both sides and additional side storage with a foldout stool and hanging locker. The flybridge is very large with four cushioned bench style seats and plenty of room for additional deck furniture. Included is an AM/FM radio with CD player and external mounted speakers. The flybridge has a full bimini top with front and side opening window curtains. In addition, there is a full flybridge cover for storage. Forward head is a manual raw water with a 25 gallon holding tank. Aft head is a fresh water electric head (vacuflush) with a 55 gallon holding tank. Both holding tanks have Y-valve overboard discharge capability and are connected to a proper pump out deck fitting. Adjoining the forward head is a tool storage/work room with drawers and small work bench.
