The 40 Tollycraft was the first of the large yachts built by the company with the first year in 1970. Several refinements enhanced the 1977 model with the most notable being the inside salon stair case to the bridge. The spacious aft cabin has a double berth with lots of storage. There are two heads, one with a separate shower. Lots of storage and equipment space in the boat. Sleeps six with the convertible sofa in the salon. The galley is up.The price includes the boat and 50.5' x 17.5' boat house at Tacoma Yacht Club but can be negoiated separately.

Vee berth sleeps 2, master stateroom 2, salon 2. Forward head and head with separate shower in master stateroom. Galley "up" ajoining the large salon. There is a stairway from the salon to the bridge.
