General Details: Full teak interior (teak is straight-grain quarter sawn), louvered locker doors, teak and holly cabin sole, closet sized hanging lockers fore and aft, and cedar lined lockers. Interior ventilation is provided by six opening ports, four hatches and nine dorade vents, all of which have screens. The interior is well lighted with an additional twelve fixed hull port lights. Main Salon: Gimballed and hydraulically dampened dinette table is 1 3/8" solid teak, liquor cabinet and ice maker. Cabinets, drawers and lockers. Owner's Stateroom: Light and airy. Twin berths port and starboard. Twenty-two drawers, eight lockers and a huge hanging locker. The Owner's stateroom has a private bath. Fore and Aft Baths: Both baths include Mansfield electric Vacu-flush heads, sink with Corian counter top and manual and pressure faucets, good linen storage and separate shower stall. Guest Stateroom: Two Upper and one lower single berths, hanging locker and excellent storage lockers and drawers.

Engine/Engine Room: Volvo MD-70B, 185 HP diesel, 1977 engine. 568 gallon capacity aluminum fuel tanks, closed fresh water cooling system. Walk-in engine room painted white with excellent access to all equipment. Emergency engine room exit through hatch in cockpit. Espar diesel heat (water circulating system), tank gauges, and compressor for air horns. Two air conditioners. Propeller: Hundestedt variable pitch propeller, rebuilt complete 2008. Fresh Water System: Hot and cold pressure water system and manual water system. 466 gallon fresh water tank capacity. Elaborate bilge and sump pump systems. Navigation Station: U-shaped navigation area with a swivel arm chair navigation seat, abundant chart drawer storage, cabinets, drawers, book shelves and electronics. This area would be the envy of any navigator. There is also a full chart table and navigation area in the cockpit. Sheet winches have recessed tailing baskets. Hydraulic backstay adjusters. Two CQR anchors mounted on double bow rollers with chain rodes, a dual Ideal windlass model GA2W with a chain counter port and starboard. While anchoring, you have the following controls on the foredeck: engine throttle and shift, B & G repeaters, and anchor wash down. Danforth stern anchor. 1977 PALMER JOHNSON PJ 62, FALCON II is a 62' study of elegance. Her size gives ample opportunity for gracious living with her spacious main salon, galley and navigation station. Falcons' accomodations include one three bed guest stateroom in addition to the Owner's aft cabin. The main salon amidships is divided with the spacious galley and dinette area to port and the navigation area to starboard. Both the navigator's swivel arm chair and dining settee are at a height to permit a clear view through the six salon through-hull ports.
