1977 LAUREL BOAT CO Houseboat, 55' Singlescrew, in 1975 two major builders broke off from their parent companies to build these vessels beefing them up and dressing them out. Come and see this unique vessel for yourself!In 2005 the ownrs readied the boat for sale by spending $15,134.24 to include a NEW LONG BLOCK with 20 hours on the engine. The boat bottom was blasted, tested, and re-coated as well. The boat has been operated 20 hours after the work was complete. She sleeps 6 inside, an can sleep up to 10 more on the upper deck, has a head w/shower & sink, full galley w/freezer,Pioneer stereo system, AC/Heat, Generator, Battery Charger, and shore power.
