Very desirable 1976 Pearson 35 yawl. New sails in 2005, 06 and 07, New 28 hp diesel and controls, fuel tank, fuel lines, 12 volt primary wiring, prop, shaft, Edson wheel & pedestal, cables and fittings, soundproofing paint in engine compartment and sail lockers all in 2007, modern depth, speed log and New garmin GPS, New teak here and there. Boat looks good and is a great family boat.

Accomodations:
Galley is port and starboard aft in main cabin featuring a 2-burner CNG stove and oven, ice box with A/C refrigeration, and hot and cold pressure in a stainless sink. Ample drawers and storage for supplies and provisions. Dining table folds and opens from forward bulkhead. Main cabin also features port and starboard single setees with overhead pilot berths. There is a large overhead hatch for light and ventilation Headroom is 6' 3". Next forward is the head with holding tank and shower to port with hanging locker opposite. The large forward vee berth features an overhead hatch and storage drawers below.
