"HOT DAMN" is a beautiful example of the very popular Pacemaker 40 Motor Yacht. She has the traditional flushdeck profile with abundant room below that will appeal to cruisers and liveaboards alike. She has been very well maintained and has had a tremedous amount of "recent" work done to her both mecahnically and cosmetically. A sampling of some of the work includes rebuilt engines (currently show 277 hrs), new gauges up and down, new electronics, new paint on her hull from the rubrail down, new refigerator, new canvas on the flybridge and aft deck, new battery charger, and on and on.
