Accomodations:
The Gulfstar MKII Ketch was built for comfortable cruising. The spacious v-berth has plenty of storage and a large head aft and to port. The main salon has a full settee to starboard and u-shaped dinette to port. Aft of the dinette is the galley with double sink, two burner stove and oven, microwave, large pantry with deep shelves, and two large icebox compartments. The sellers have a new Tropikool refrigeration unit read to be installed to convert the ice boxes to refrigeration. The engine room is below the center cockpit. The nav station is directly aft of the full settee. On the starboard side of the engine room is another stateroom with a single bunk and large walk-in storage closet with a sink and vanity. There used to be a washer and dryer in that area and there are still thru hulls if a buyer wanted to reinstall a unit. The master stateroom is aft of the engine room and includes a queen sized bunk, built-in drawers and plenty of storage. It includes an enclosed head with shower stall.
