SALE PENDING This vintage C&C 30 has classic lines of the era and is a real jaw dropper with meticulously done fresh navy blue topsides and gold cove stripes. A single owner has been lovingly maintaining and upgrading her for 26 years. She comes fully inventoried for cruising and round the buoy or long distance racing. She needs nothing to be able to just sail her away and begin to enjoy this boat admired by all her see her.All the major flaws of the Mark II design were not only corrected but made into plusses. The weak mast step was replaced with a custom adjustable solid aluminum and epoxy supported stronghold. The deck mounted lifelines were moved to the rails and the typical deck core damage professionally repaired. The single lifelines replaced with double, the leaky non-opening ports replaced with top of the line Lewmar opening ports, etc. The owner spared no expenses to make this boat well found and easy to maintain. She has done well with her fair bottom in fully crewed round the buoy races as well as short handed LO 300 mile races and many 100 mile Scotch Bonnets. Yet the over-strength production of her day has left her with no deck crazing or structural problems. This is the one if you are looking for a sweet deal in her price range and size and want a boat you can be confident to take your family out on the open water.
