FEATURES:

  • Versatile: Can be used as a daysailer or a motor launch.

  • Aluminum Masts, Sails, Rigging, and Outboard Engine (fits in motor well) all in good working order.

  • Low Cost of Ownership: It's a simple solid boat, with heavily built fiberglass and overbuilt hardware, there is just in not that much that can go wrong with it.  Motor can be removed from motor well for servicing or to repower boat when needed/wanted.

  • Shallow draft permits pulling right up to beach to load/unload passengers & simplifies launching/trailering process.

  • New Morse style remote engine throttle & gear controls and new passenger cockpit bimini.

  • Designed by Halsey Herreshoff. Same hull mold was used to build the Herreshoff: Harbor Pilot, Yachtclub Launch, America Catboat, Eagle, and Scout.

  • Separate Captains cockpit good for keeping passengers, especially children, away from controls.

  • 4  self draining storage/cooler compartments under bench seats.

  • Trailer is ugly. It had areas of surface rust that were treated with a metal reformer/prep product that turned everything a blackish color.  Will eventually need some additional prep and then paint but is functional and road worthy as is.(see photos)
  • Reason for selling: I do not use the boat, at all, although I do use the outboard occasionally.
  • Price:  I'm willing to hang onto the outboard and drop the price to $7,300 if preferred.  Feel free to contact me for more information and/or photos.  All photos recent. Thanks for looking!
