Accomodations:
the entry to port, from the rear deck is a three-step curved staircase to mail saloon, a living area with no mounted furnishing allowing flexiblty in arranging the saloon. The galley, to starboard, is standard with sink, stove and oven, refrigerator and microwave. Two additional refrigerators in the living area further support the galley. Aft is the master, in suite, head is aft to starboard and has a stall shower. A large hanging locker is in the starboard forward corner, with additional storage under the queen size foam bed. Forward, from the mail saloon, down three steps, is utility room converted from a forward stateroom. Still forward is a second head to port with a large shower stall, center-line, at the bow. Access to the anchor locker is through the shower area. Handing storage and an enclosed, stackable washer/dryer combo complete the starboard side of the utility room. The stairs are removed to gain access to the engine room.
Mechanical Equipment:
2 Detroit Diesel Engines, model 8V-71, 325hp with low hours. Survey completed July, 2008 available with details.

Molded non-skid deck is in fair condition,with no noted soft spots. The rear deck has a full englass enclosure and Salerno bow sun cover, both in good condition.
