1968 BOATEL HOUSEBOATS Houseboat, 40' Typanic, Marine Survey says "above average". This vessel was completely re-fitted in 2003 and the pontoons are all that remains from the original manufacturer. Pontoons have been extended aft. The cabin house, deck, and interior are all new. Sleeps 6 with 2 cabins. Located at Halls Crossing Marina on Lake Powell, UT. Buoy may be transferable upon approval.

Sleeps 6 in two cabins. 1 head w/shower.
