She was designed by William Tripp She is a Mercer 44 with few modifications Built by Jenex Corp in 1966 then went on to race from 1967-72 in many East Coast Races such as Barnegat Light, Cape May, Boston Yacht Club and many more under the name SHADOW II later renamed IRISH AYES.
