1966 CUSTOM BUILT FLUSH DECK, 44ft Bill Tripp Design Flush Deck Sloop,nice layout,with plenty of head room, large cockpit,good sail inventory/rigging.Sound vessel needing some love. Perkins 4-108 not running. She was designed by William Tripp She is a Mercer 44 with few modifications Built by Jenex Corp in 1966 then went on to race from 1967-72 in many East Coast Races such as Barnegat Light, Cape May, Boston Yacht Club and many more under the name SHADOW II later renamed IRISH AYES. Now named BIRD hailing port Cape Cod.Vessel lying in Bahamas Import Duty Paid!!! Would make very nice winter get away. If interested weather safe dockage is availible at good rates.
