Having been in the marine business for many years,I've seen many designs and layouts in different yachts,this one however is the most user friendly vessel I have ever seen.The raised pilothouse really gives the helms person a complete and unrestricted view,both fore and aft.Access to the flybridge is from the pilothouse,also access to the upper sundeck is there also. Main salon and galley area are entered from the rear thru a large,wooden pocket-door.The cabinetry is excellent and has been meticulously maintained.the engine -romm is spotless,as is the remainer of the vessel. Entering from double doors aft,into a wet bar area equipted with a built in ice maker,to port is a L-shaped sette,with new fabric.The galley sports The "Master" is complete with an new Tundra over& under freezer-fridg.,Quasar Microwave,Princess cooktop/over,Walking foward,thur the galley to steps leading to the pilothouse. The masters stateroom is located in the forepeck,on center line,a walkaround queen.The master is complete with an ensuite head/shower.

Engine has a complete oil change system,engine and genset has just received a rountine maintance,impellors replaced ,fluids change-etc.
