1984 NAUTICAT Nauticat 43, MOTIVATED SELLERS!! MAKE OFFER. This European quality built Nauticat 43 Sparkman and Stephens designed center cockpit ketch is ready to take you down the Bay and Around the World! This boat is turn key ready for comfortable cruising or living on board. She is well found with electronics and equipment (see list), and has been well maintained. There is a large master stateroom aft with seats, a desk, and head w/ separate shower. Her pilot house saloon has a large settee and table, and a comfortable chair and nav station at the inside helm, all with excellent sit down viewing. The saloon table drops to form a large double bed with the settee. A guest stateroom forward has a double V berth and addition single skipper berth. There is a second head with shower. The galley is u shaped for safety and convenience and has a large counter opposite, providing a work area for cooking or projects. The galley has an almost new 3 burner stove w/oven & broiler and a recently added large refrigerator with holding plate. The double sink has pressurized fresh and salt water and an auxiliary freshwater foot pump. There is a secondary electric refrigerator/freezer chest. Generous storage is found throughout the vessel. On deck the large cockpit and after deck provide space and safety with lee cloth enclosure. A dodger, bimini, and awning provide shade, and removable side curtains and screens enable the cockpit to be enclosed. The on-deck helm has a folding pilot s seat and side bench seats where folding backrests can provide ease for the captain and crew.
