All you need to do is pull the folding ladder out for use and push it back under the platform for storage. The Under Mount Ladder comes in 2 or 3 steps. They are made in stainless steel and aluminum and powder coated in white. DIVE POLE LADDER is easy to climb in and out of your boat, even with flippers on. The ladder snap in the locking mount bracket with a quick release. The ladder stores inside the boat or upside down on the locking mount bracket. The Dive Pole Ladder comes in 2, 3 or 4 steps.
